Rules Overview

Binding Agreement:
By joining Wolfs Esports, you agree to all rules. Rules may change anytime. Staff decisions are final. Ignorance is not an excuse.

§R Rules

§R.1 Importance of Rules


These rules form the foundation of Wolfs Esports. They ensure fair competition, professional behavior, and a structured environment for all members. Ignoring or bypassing rules undermines the integrity of the entire organization.>

§R.2 Compliance Requirement


All members are required to fully comply with the rules at all times. Participation in any server-related activity automatically confirms acceptance of all current and future rules.>

§R.3 Rule Awareness


Members are responsible for reading, understanding, and staying updated with all rules. Lack of awareness or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt anyone from enforcement or punishment.>

§R.4 Enforcement Principle


Rules are enforced to protect competitive integrity, team structure, and community health. Staff decisions are final in interpretation and enforcement of the rules.>

§R.5 Responsibility of Members


Each member is responsible for their own behavior and its impact on the team, brand, and community. Actions outside the server may still be subject to enforcement if they affect Wolfs Esports.>

§R.6 Agreement by Participation


By remaining in the server or participating in any team activity, members confirm ongoing acceptance of all rules, including updates and amendments.

§1 Scope & Jurisdiction

§1.1 Definition


This Discord server is a professional gaming & eSports community for competitive play, team coordination, training, scrims, and tournaments.

§1.2 Applicability


These rules apply to all members (Players, Coaches, Analysts, Managers, Staff, Spectators) across server channels, voice, DMs that originate from server activities, and any server-linked platforms (match lobbies, external comms used for team business).

§1.3 Intent


The aim is to maintain competitive integrity, protect confidential materials, and ensure a professional environment for players and partners.

§2 Behavior

§2.1 Basic Respect


Treat all members with respect. Use civil language and avoid personal attacks.

§2.2 Prohibited Behavior


No harassment, bullying, targeted insults, doxxing, slander, or sustained targeted harassment. Repeats escalate sanctions.

§2.3 Hate & Discrimination


Racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, ableism or any discriminatory content is strictly forbidden.

§2.4 Toxicity & Rage


Repeated flaming, public humiliation, griefing or actions intentionally harming team morale are prohibited.

§2.5 Reporting & Proof


If harassment occurs, save evidence (screenshots, logs, timestamps) and submit via ticket. False reports intended to harass are punishable.

§3 Communication

§3.1 Public Language


English is the default for public channels unless a channel explicitly allows another language.

§3.2 Channel Discipline


Keep messages on-topic. Use the designated channels for recruitment, results, strategy, announcements, media, and logs.

§3.3 Spam & Flooding


No spam, repeated messages, copypasta, mass mentions, or automated flooding.

§3.4 Contacting Staff


Use the ticket system or staff channels for appeals, roster changes, complaints — do not publicly argue moderation.

§3.5 Voice Channel Rules


Keep voice clear: no mic spamming, unsolicited soundboards, or music that distracts. Push-to-talk may be required in official sessions.

§4 Competitive Integrity

§4.1 Cheating & Tools


Zero tolerance for cheating: aimbots, wallhacks, macros that confer advantage, or unauthorized third-party tools are banned.

§4.2 Exploits & Abuse


No exploitation of game or platform bugs; report exploits to staff immediately.

§4.3 Stream Sniping & Ghosting


No stream-sniping, collusion with outsiders, or use of illicit intel to gain advantage.

§4.4 Match Fixing & Betting


Match fixing, collusion, sharing insider info for gambling, or manipulating results is strictly prohibited.

§4.5 Evidence & Testing


If suspected, staff may request VODs, match logs, system reports or coordinate official anti-cheat checks.

§5 Professional Conduct

§5.1 Representation


When using team tags/logos or playing in official capacity, you represent Wolfs Esports and must behave accordingly.

§5.2 Public Conduct


Maintain professional conduct in interviews, social media posts, and cross-server engagements tied to the team.

§5.3 Conflict of Interest


Disclose sponsorships, outside contracts, or financial incentives to management; non-disclosure is punishable.

§5.4 Public Statements


Only authorized staff may issue official statements; when speaking personally, label opinions clearly as personal.

§6 Teams & Participation

§6.1 Role Respect


Respect hierarchy: follow Coaches, Analysts, Managers and Admin instructions during official sessions.

§6.2 Attendance & Punctuality


Attend scheduled practices, warmups and matches; repeated tardiness is punishable.

§6.3 Roster Changes


Management handles roster changes per roster policy; unilateral roster actions are invalid.

§6.4 Substitutions


Subs must be approved, follow check-in windows, and be announced per match rules.

§6.5 Inactivity Policy


Extended inactivity (defined per team policy) may lead to benching or removal.

§7 Matches & Events

§7.1 Check-ins & Schedules


Be on time for check-ins; adhere strictly to tournament windows.

§7.2 Rule Compliance


Follow tournament rulebooks, referee instructions and official match settings.

§7.3 Forfeits & Leaving


Leaving without permission may be treated as forfeit and cause penalties.

§7.4 Dispute Process


Submit disputes via ticket with evidence; staff/referees adjudicate per rules.

§7.5 Penalties


Penalties range from time penalties to suspensions, match losses, or fines (contract-dependent).

§8 Confidentiality

§8.1 Coach Authority


Coaches/Analysts direct trainings and reviews; follow their guidance during sessions.

§8.2 Confidentiality of Strategy


Tactics, scrim results, VODs and internal notes are confidential — do not share externally.

§8.3 Review Etiquette


Do not interrupt coaches during VOD reviews; obtain permission to record/share review footage.

§8.4 Use of Analytics


Third-party analytics/tools must comply with game TOS and be approved by staff.

§9 Media & Content

§9.1 Streaming Permissions


Streaming official matches/scrims needs prior staff approval; delays or blackouts may be mandated.

§9.2 Brand Asset Use


Follow brand guidelines for logos, overlays, sponsor assets.

§9.3 Media Statements


Consult PR/staff before public announcements related to the team or sponsors.

§9.4 Leaks & Embargoes


Violating embargoes or leaking unapproved content triggers severe action.

§10 Contracts

§10.1 Contract Basics


Contracts define schedule, exclusivity, compensation, notice periods and penalties — read them carefully before signing.

§10.2 Exclusivity & Outside Play


Unless contract allows, contracted players may not represent competing teams or receive pay for external competitive play.

§10.3 Conduct & Morals Clause


Contracts may include morality clauses; public misconduct affecting the org can justify termination.

§10.4 Compensation & Penalties


Payment schedules, bonus rules and penalties (no-show fines) are contractually defined.

§10.5 Termination & Appeal


Termination and appeal processes follow contract language; management implements termination with documentation.

§11 Data & Confidential Info

§11.1 Scope of Confidential Info


Confidential = strategies, player evaluations, sponsor deals, internal financials, VODs, private staff comms.

§11.2 Non-Disclosure Requirements


Do not disclose confidential info to third parties, public channels, other servers or social media without written permission.

§11.3 Reporting Breaches


Report suspected leaks immediately via ticket with evidence; investigations may involve legal counsel.

§11.4 Consequences


Breaches may lead to suspension, ban, contract termination, and legal action where applicable.

§11.5 Data Handling


Use approved storage platforms; staff will provide access control and secure procedures.

§12 Advertising

§12.1 No Unapproved Ads


No unsolicited promotions (servers, streams, brands) without staff approval.

§12.2 Sponsorship Negotiations


Forward sponsorship offers to management; do not negotiate independently.

§12.3 Affiliate & Partner Rules


Affiliate links/promo codes require disclosure and staff approval.

§12.4 Consequences


Unauthorized promotions may be removed and punished.

§13 Identity

§13.1 Username Policy


Offensive, sexually explicit, or misleading usernames are disallowed.

§13.2 Avatar & Banner Policy


Avatars/banners must not show hate symbols or explicit content; impersonation not allowed.

§13.3 Impersonation


Impersonating staff or partners is forbidden and grounds for permanent ban.

§13.4 Official Tags


Players may be required to use official team tags in competitive contexts.

§14 Security

§14.1 No Doxxing


Sharing private personal data without consent = immediate ban.

§14.2 Scams & Phishing


Scamming or phishing attempts will be banned and reported.

§14.3 Account Security


Enable 2FA for accounts used in team activities; report compromises instantly.

§14.4 File Safety


Do not download unknown files; use staff-approved processes for builds/tools.

§15 Staff Authority

§15.1 Staff Instructions


Follow instructions from staff, coaches, referees, and admins during official duties.

§15.2 Moderation Process


Moderation actions will be documented; appeals via ticket system.

§15.3 No Public Arguments


Do not publicly argue or harass staff; use the appeal process.

§15.4 Impartiality


If you suspect bias, document and submit an appeal for review.

§16 Enforcement

§16.1 Progressive Discipline


Typical progression: verbal warning → written warning → temp mute/suspension → match suspension → team removal → permanent ban.

§16.2 Immediate Action


Severe violations (cheating, doxxing, match fixing) may lead to immediate removal pending investigation.

§16.3 Evidence-Based Decisions


Actions are based on collected evidence; investigations may take time.

§16.4 Recordkeeping


All actions logged; repeated offenses escalate penalties.

§17 Updates

§17.1 Right to Update


Server rules may be updated at any time; changes posted in #announcements.

§17.2 Member Responsibility


Members must review updates; continued participation implies acceptance.

§17.3 Notification


Major contract/NDA/roster-impacting changes will be announced with reasonable notice where possible.
